Il existe de très nombreuses recherches scientifiques (des centaines) sur les bienfaits du qigong (ou qi gong) pour la santé. Hélas pour les lecteurs français, la quasi intégralité de ces recherches est publiée en anglais.

 

Toutefois en 2019, une étude initiée par une équipe de l’hôpital de la Pitié Salpêtrière à Paris à été lancée pour évaluer les bienfaits du qigong dans certains cas de dépendance à des substances toxiques pour la santé. Nous attendons les résultats de cette étude française avec impatience !
